Jason Postill is a real estate investor, operator, and entrepreneur specializing in multifamily and manufactured housing communities across the United States. A former professional baseball player, he brings a disciplined, results-driven mindset into business, which has helped him scale a portfolio of over 2,000+ units focusing on affordable housing.

Jason is the founder of JP Capital Solutions and co-founder of MHCI Group with his business partner Tyler, where he focuses on acquiring underperforming assets, improving operations, and delivering strong risk-adjusted returns for investors. He has raised millions in private capital and partners with high-net-worth individuals and family offices to execute strategic investment opportunities.

A devoted Christian, Jason’s faith is central to his life and business. He is passionate about helping individuals overcome addiction and supporting the transition of recovering drug addicts and alcoholics into sober living environments—giving them the opportunity to rebuild their lives and step into the purpose God has for them.

Above all, Jason is a proud father to his beautiful 11-year-old daughter, who is a constant source of motivation and purpose.

Jason's Story
"I didn't have a degree, I didn't have a fancy resume, All I knew was once my sports career was over, I had to find a way to create passive income and not rely on a "job" I just didn't know where to start."..
See, baseball was all I knew. I could throw a ball before I could walk. I grew up in Florida so I played on 4 travel teams till I made it to high school, got a full scholarship to college, and was blessed to be able to play professionally for 5 years.. All in all 25 years of my life...Until one injury and it was all over.....


... No money, no degree, no fancy resume. I had been struggling with alcohol and running into trouble with the law for years (I will get to that later). I was a new father with a one year old. Not a clue of what investing even was yet....I had no idea what to do or where to start...I figured I would coach or something related to baseball of course, but for some reason I always had been fascinated with the buildings, hotels, and apartments in all of the different cities we would play in..just REAL ESTATE in general. So I decided to get my real estate license....


I started selling homes and quickly learned that this was not the "Real Estate" that I had always been fascinated with and did not want to live the "feast or famine" transaction to transaction life style.. I always heard that the wealthy get rich through passive real estate investments but never really knew what that meant or what exactly it was, but I remember a Big Leaguer with the Detroit Tigers tell us guys that "he didn't make his millions in baseball but made it owning thousands of apartments units".....  so I started doing research and read and read until I came across one book that changed my life and taught me what I truly believe to be the "perfect investment"
